food notes

I made more haemul pajeon today and mmmmmm so much better. I made it a little thinner, added an egg, a little fish stock in place of water. and way more green onions. I also fried it in my cast iron skillet cuz daniel loves them so much (he was right in this case haha way better tasting than in the teflon). Sooo tasty. I think for this pancake you need to have much more filling than pancake for optimum tastiness.

In more exciting news, I PASSED MY OP PRACTICAL WITH AN 8/7 of 9/9. That's like the best humanly achievable. Yaaaay.
