dinner

Anatomy has been filed into my brain. Only practice questions left, so I made dinner! chicken and mushroom alfredo:

1 jar alfredo sauce (i always buy the garlic flavor)
1 chicken thigh cut up into small pieces (smaller than cubes is how i like it, i know that doesn't quite make sense as written)
a handful of mushrooms (because that's all i had, could stand to have more
enough garlic to ward off vampires in a 2 mile radius (7 cloves)
a dash of soy sauce
oil
pasta of choice

heat up the oil in a pan medhigh-high
add some garlic and cook the chicken ( fry? sautee? something)
it was very sticky when i did this and i panicked but fear not, the sauce makes the bits unstick and then you get delicious browned bit flavor in the sauce.
add the soy sauce
when chicken looks fairly cooked (not brown all over yet) add the rest of the garlic and the mushrooms
give it like 3 minutes
dump in the jar sauce
turn to low heat
use a wooden spoon or something to stir and rub at the bottom of the pan to release the delicious
then you add the pasta (mine was already done but i think best would be to start the pasta right before the chicken)
toss well on low for about 5 minutes
done!

It definitely doesn't taste good for you but it's pretty tasty. Anatomy ho!
